Private Sector

Set up an account and access the RMG Living Customer Portal. Your online account enables you to check your statements and make payments, sign up to the RMG Paperless Service, download your site documents as well as reporting repairs required onsite.

If you are a new resident on an RMG site or new to RMG Living click here.

If you are an existing Customer, yet to access the new RMG living Customer Portal, login with your customer reference number and password by clicking here to upgrade your account.
