Investors in People Accreditation

We’re delighted to confirm that Residential Management Group Ltd has retained its accreditation as an Investor in People following our recent assessment.

The company has been recognised as an Investor in People since 2007 and every three years we have to undergo a re-assessment to retain our accreditation.

We’re incredibly proud to have been recognised as an employer that supports its colleagues through strong leadership, a comprehensive learning and development programme and continuous improvement.

Commenting on the accreditation, Steve Owen, Head of Human Resources at RMG said:

“Whilst we can all celebrate I just wanted to acknowledge and thank everyone who completed the assessment questionnaire and most importantly those who were picked to undertake an interview with the Assessor, Richard Budd, whose feedback was very complimentary about everyone he met.

As you would expect from any assessment we have received some recommendations on how we can improve further and we will be reviewing those and considering each point over the coming months.”
