Residency Self-Certification – Entities

To responsibly facilitate the collection of your ground rent and to segregate it from both RMG’s corporate finances and that of RMG’s other clients we administer client bank accounts that are specific to you. To comply with legislation HBoS, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, requires information on both the ownership structure and the tax residency status of the freeholder for all bank accounts used for the collection of Ground Rent.

As you are a representative of a limited entity, as opposed to being a sole trader, please complete and return the below form to us within 14 days of the request being made of you. Forms can be returned electronically to freeholders@rmguk.com
