Recently, RMG Living underwent an upgrade that enhanced its core features and brought in new functionality to help our customers have more autonomy in the management of their property. Some of the fundamental features of RMG Living include:
- Account statements
- Payments
- Announcements
- Document uploads
- Master accounts
With the upgrade you can now also:
- View arrears statements
- View and download Insurance schedules
- Access Online chat
- Report a repair
- View Property galleries
- Manage Paperless opt in
- Update correspondence address
If you’re a Director, you also have access to all your financial reports and information on insurance claims on your site. By creating an RMG Living account you will have instant access to all updates about your development and reminders for meetings & resident surgeries.
To access these upgraded and brand new features just follow the link www.rmgliving.co.uk/. You’ll need to make sure you have your customer reference number to hand if this is your first time on the upgraded system.
After you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to log in using your email address and password in place of your customer reference login id.
